Ultra-fast diet lose weight in a week

This diet allows you to lose weight in just one week. Do not try to follow it for a long time, otherwise the consequences could be severe at the end of the regime.

The first day

Breakfast: 1 apple, tea (black coffee) without sugar.
Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 tomato, 1 apple (or orange)
Dinner: 1 egg, coleslaw and tea without sugar.

The second day

Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 tomato, tea (black coffee).
Lunch: beef (100g), coleslaw, 1 cup of grape juice.
Dinner: 2 apples.

The third day

Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 tomato (cucumber), tea (coffee).
Lunch: hamburger (fried without oil), sauerkraut, 1 cup of apple juice.
Dinner: 1 cup nonfat yogurt.

The fourth day

Breakfast: 100 grams of white cheese 0%, tea or coffee.
Lunch: fish cooked lean, coleslaw, 1 cup carrot juice
Dinner: 2 apples.

The fifth day

Breakfast: 1 egg, coleslaw and tea.
Lunch: 100 grams of beef, 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, 1 cup of apple juice.
Dinner: 1 cup nonfat yogurt.

The sixth day

Breakfast: 100 grams of white cheese 0% tea or coffee.
Lunch: lean fish (100g), sauerkraut, 1 cup of carrot juice.
Dinner: 2 apples.

The seventh day

Breakfast: 1 cream cheese, 1 apple, tea (coffee).
Lunch: vegetable soup, a piece of chicken and tea.
Dinner: 1 cup nonfat yogurt.
